Sahar Fetrat is a young filmmaker and journalist based in Kabul. She has worked for the German Press Agency, produced short films at Afghan media company Moby and photographs for UNESCO across the country. Her Kabul Cards video chronicles the lives of three girls living in Kabul. Her widely praised short film Do Not Trust My Silence! documents the daily harassment endured by Afghan women. She's written on taboo topics in Afghanistan like menstruation, produced short films at Afghan media company Moby, and has reported for the Deutsch Presse Agentur.
