Its latest addition, Aleph, features an invaluable new database of over 2.5 million records on crime, corruption, business, and "persons of interest." Paul Radu is the executive director of the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, a co-creator of the Investigative Dashboard and of visual investigative scenarios visualisation software vis.occrp.org. He is a co-founder of the RISE Project, a platform for investigative reporters and hackers in Romania.
