Spreadsheets: Basic (Hands-on Training)

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Learn how to use the software Microsoft Excel and find stories that only spreadsheets can disclose with a few clicks of data analysis. This session will teach you the basics -- sorting, filtering and simple calculations -- that you need to turn tabular data into headlines. Free and insightful spreadsheets are everywhere on the Web and with one lesson you can begin to use them for all your reporting.

Those taking our hands-on data training should bring their own laptops or tablets and, if possible, have Microsoft Excel (the spreadsheet software) loaded on their computers.
